Like or loathe him, AC is capable of producing a goal even when the rest of his game is sporadic...
He puts himself about and (more importantly) opposing defences always feel the need to put resource on him, which helps us generally.
He doesn't seem able to launch himself for the headers quite the same these days... can't tell if that is a protectionist thing or if what we're seeing now is as good as it gets because of etc etc.

Carroll is one of the greatest of all time , on that I all sure we can agree. Whether is the greatest ever remains to be seen , if he can manage 20 minutes off the bench today at Burnley without breaking himself and even score a goal, then that should seal it for him. An honour to have him grace our club

Agreed Alfs, he's capable of dominating any defender in the league but also posesses the ability to score goals like against Palace as well as clinical finishes such as one against West Brom last season.

He can't run, and sprints like a 12 year old.
When he receives the ball he pass it backwards in a casual manner and jog away.
He can't even jump anyone. If he does he get a free kick against him for using his elbows.
He never take on a defender with the ball in his feet.
His goalrate is laughable, so is his gamerate.
In other words. He is shot as a footballer at this level. He is embarrassing himself and our club.
Perez is pony too, but still much better.
I hope we don't start with any, but Perez if we must.
